The “basic protection ordinance” (Basisschutzregelung) is currently in place in Hamburg.
As of the 1st of May, the following rules apply in the premises of speakeasy Hamburg:
Language courses:
- You do not have to socially distance.
- You do not need to provide proof of testing or vaccination.
- Wearing a mask is optional
Telc examinations:
- You do not need to provide proof of testing or vaccination.
- A minimum distance of 1.5 m will remain in place during the examination according to examination regulations.
- Wearing a mask is optional
Your telc language exam
The telc examination serves to officially document your language level. It is therefore a sought-after certificate for your employer, the authorities, various offices and universities. You can take this language exam with us on two Fridays per month! Just choose the date that suits you best. Here you can see on which date we offer which level. The classroom course
Your classes will take place on-site in our cozy speakeasy classrooms. Wearing an FFP2 mask is mandatory, so please bring a mask. We have adjusted the seating arrangement in all classrooms so that the safety distance of 1.50 meters to all sides is maintained. The number of participants in the classroom course is between min. 4 and max. 12 persons (depending on the classroom). Please also note our Hygiene Concept.
The online course
In addition to our classroom courses, we also offer online courses. You can register for an online course right here. Your lessons will then take place exclusively in the virtual classroom. We will send you the log-in data by e-mail in good time before the course starts. You can also choose between intensive courses - four days per week - and semi-intensive courses - two evenings per week. With our focus on interaction and communication, we stay true to our motto and bring German lessons for real life directly to your home!
